I am not the Tenth Muse. She is far craftier than me.

She is the voice that tells you it’s a fabulous idea to take all the fancy knobs off your Aunt Hilda’s dresser and twist them onto corks to make wine stoppers, or she might suggest that glazing and roasting a chicken with peanut butter and apricot jam is the next culinary sensation. In a naughty mood she recommends that staying up too late, drinking an entire bottle of Champagne and writing sloppy poetry is a perfectly acceptable reason for sleeping until noon the next day.
